Solution

The team met a number of times to develop a variety of scenarios to determine the impact of the possible changes and the best way forward to obtain the maximum value for Ergon Energy and its key stakeholders.

Following these sessions the team appointed a separate team to execute on the scenarios. The result was an outcome which significantly  exceeded the expectations of management and the key stakeholders.
