Challenge - European Foundation for Management Development

Developing a group of trusted peers being Directors of Corporate Universities representing a variety of multi-national corporations from all sectors as they developed and implemented strategies for reinventing learning throughout their organizations

Solution

Over a period of two years, the individuals came together with one-another for half or whole day meetings. During these meetings the problems, issues and strategies of the participating Directors stood central to the discussion, peer advise and counsel was sought with all participants benefiting from the combined wisdom of the assembled group.

Results
