Their Growth Board set out to uncover ideas that could catapult growth in the coming 5 years.

Solution

We provided 4 different iLAB modules to support the process of ideas generation, clustering, development of the ideas and the eventual pitch to the growth board. During an 8 week period, over 280 people attended 13 workshops with another 40 individuals and teams having iMentor-sessions.

Results

In total approximately 300 ideas were generated of which approximately 20 were further developed. From these 10 were pitched to a board to obtain funding for further development prototyping. The board remarked on the number and variety of ideas that met their criteria, and the level of engagement in the process to develop their business further.
