Challenge - Brighton Grammar School

Leadership team coming together as a new executive team to shift the organisations culture.

Solution

The Headmaster at Brighton Grammar School wanted his newly formed executive team to commence their culture change journey taking complete ownership of their decision to be part of the new, emerging culture of accountability. He also wanted to enter the new world on the front foot, with full ownership of the existing culture, alignment of behaviours to the new culture and a deep sense of unity as a team.

Results

“ Mark and Irene’s mentoring prepared me for the process of leading the team formation. We came together with a real sense of unity as a team - that’s what I wanted.” Michael Urwin Headmaster.

The newly formed executive team went on to significantly shift accountability for performance as part of their culture shift at the school. This has contributed to significant growth in the school and its ability to achieve its strategic goals.
