

When asked about 'letting go' Albert Einstein said that only the insane can expect radically different outcomes by doing the same thing over and over again or using the same thinking to fix a problem that created it.
That said we all know how hard it can feel to let go of an attachment to a particular feeling, belief, mindset or judgement. Learning to let go is not a technique we generally learnt at school or university. In fact we were mostly taught to hold on to information and ideas for which we were subsequently examined!
So learning techniques to let go is a prerequisite for unlearning those habits we currently would like to shift. This module provide practice tools and guidance on identifying beliefs and learning how to let them go.
