Mark Jones

Mark has been playing and conducting music since he was a child. Over time he evolved to conduct and orchestrate processes of change and innovation for large multinationals.

He worked as a Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers setting up and running their Transform business in Amsterdam.  Together with a multi-disciplinary team of experts they developed this business from an idea in 1992 to a business employing 500 consultants across Europe and America with an annual turnover in excess of $US100m by 2005.

Mark’s natural curiosity and interest in the world of technology and design mean that he is always ahead of his time. Since returning to Sydney in 2006, he consults to large, small and not-for-profit organisations around leadership, service design and innovation. Mark’s work is to encourage the same curiosity and sense of wonder in the executive teams he works with so that they not only realise their purpose and vision in life, but have fun too!

As a leader, he knows from first hand how combining head and heart gets a deeper, more meaningful and sustainable outcomes in one's personal and business life.

Irene van der Does de Willebois

Irene is passionate about encouraging you to open up to your own creative potential.  Having worked most of her adult life in the fast moving, highly adaptive fashion industry in Europe, she really does understand  "the challenge of change". Her patient and gentle guidance for those seeking the skills to shift themselves. is regarded as invaluable by her clients.  For her there is only one voice of power worth listening to and that is the voice of light that comes from within. 

 

The core of her coaching process, the 9 Habits of Reinvention was the result of her own “Change of Heart”.  The collaborative creation of this concept of the HEARTWORKS, was inspired by Irene and her partner Mark‘s recent move to Sydney. The process of the 9 Habits is a genuine creative approach to open your heart and mind to "thinking differently". As a coach Irene inspires people and teams to Reinvent themselves. With great integrity  and with the use of a mixture of tools and techniques she mines the "inner beauty" that in her conviction, lives in all of us. 

Irene is currently writing a book  titled ~ Imagine ~ Finding Inspiration! which will be published early in 2010.
